i think im still looking at a console here though im not sure how those next gen consoles do their online thing...

Woah WTF? From what I can understand.... You basically have a virtual gaming console. All processing is done on the server itself. All you have to do is get the data from the servers. It's a common networking technique, virtualization. This absolutely cannot be implemented in our country as we have currently subpar private internet access.Most we can have is a virtual super famicom console.

Anyways, this is pretty innovative. I wouldn't say this is a dumb idea, more like.... it is a little bit advanced for the current internet services (except for Japan and Korea! FFFFFFFF).

Its really like console...u still need to buy the device, controllers etc!...well the only diffrence is you dont need to buy the games...but still you need to pay for it monthly to access those games...still the same for me...

That means you cannot play while the internet is out. Not good. I still prefer going to stores to buy games.

Consoles do their online thing the same way as a PC would handle it. You connect to a host, you host a game, get kicked out of the game if the players don't like you, etc...

looks like console gaming and cabletv/net service made babies...
